Use

The use of Chocetic requires various seizures and parameter settings:

•  possible seizure of the complementary source data (ingredients and categories);
•  detailed seizure of the products manufactured and the possible packages composed of these products;
•  the parameter setting of the various desired labels;
•  the control of various parameters of impressions (particular mentions, identity of the salesman,…).

Data acquisition

The principal data of Chocetiq are of 4 types: categories, ingredients, products and packages.

with the following overlaps:

            Composition of the product, expressed in Ingredients
                INGREDIENTS, gathered of CATEGORIES

The whole of these seizures is done in the form of tables for each type.
Two complementary tables allow the operation of Chocetiq: the table of the units (for the indication of the weights or volumes, and the possible calculation of the price to the kilogram, price with the liter…) and the table of the formats of labels.

For easier first use of application, samples files are included whith installation..

Printing the labels

Chocetiq facilitates the impression of the labels by deferring preset zones, and while calculating:
- the deadline of consumption, according to each product or package, as well as the choice of indication ED (expiration date) or BBD (Best before date)
- the possible price relating to the unit of reference (price to the kilogram, price with the liter…)
- the composition according to each product or package according to following unfolding

For a product:
- for each ingredient of the product, Chocetiq calculates its proportion in the composition. For the ingredients specified to indicate on the label, ChocEtiq draws up then the list in the proportions decreasing.
- for each ingredient of the product, Chocetiq controls the existence of a mention to be carried in the zone allergy, and adds this information to the composition
- finally, if the record produced mentions a zone further information, this zone is added in end of sounds

For a package:
- for each product of the package, Chocetiq calculates its proportion in the composition of the package
- then for each ingredient of the products, Chocetiq calculates the proportion in the composition of the product, relating to the importance of the product in the package. For the ingredients specified to indicate on the label, ChocEtiq draws up then the list in the proportions decreasing.
- for each ingredient of the products, Chocetiq controls the existence of a mention to be carried in the zone allergy, and adds this information to the composition
- finally, if the record package mentions a zone further information, this zone is added in end of sounds
